ProTech Flex

Protech flex is a multi-purpose high friction patching system capable of repairing pavement cracking, and other road surface defects or deterioration.

ProTech Flex is an economical solution that is hot applied to a range of surface types using a screed installation process. Its semi-flexible nature allows for strong bonding to the road and any pavement treatments, such as high friction surfacing, that would be applied over the top of the repaired carriageway.

This simple treatment can extend the life of any seal, and reduce the need for total pavement replacement. ITS will apply our best practice installation techniques every time to achieve top quality results whilst minimising traffic disruption, using our dedicated, qualified and experienced specialist surfacing team.

Timely repair of cracks will prevent problems from spreading and delay the need for resealing. Through applying ProTech Flex we can extend the life of your roading asset and give you more flexibility in your reseal programme.

ProTech Flex is available in a range of pigmented colours making it particularly suitable for applications where colour coding is important. ProTech Flex incorporates a range of high PSV aggregates, designed to provide appropriate skid resistance, texture and colour, depending on the application.
